Virgin Atlantic to use Fuel Cell Limos

Filed under: Travel Experience, Bio — mike @ 12:53 pm

Following on the heels of the Virgin Atlantic Bio-Fuel flight, Richard Branson’s airline has taken another step towards becoming greener:

“Virgin Atlantic Airways will start using General Motors Corp zero-emission fuel cell cars as limousines for VIP passengers in the United States…” (from abcNews.com)

This continues to be a big month for the Virgin companies all around. It was recently announced that Virgin Charter could make it easier for everyday people to fly on on private jets, and Virgin Atlantic has opened the doors to their SFO Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse to first class passengers on Virgin America.
